Exchange Policy
At Silverstone we have an exchange only policy, which means we do not offer refunds.
Our exchange policy does allow customers two full weeks (14 days) to exchange any item or receive a store credit. This option applies to all regular priced items and anything up to 30% off. Any items that have been sold at a discounted price of more than 30% off are a final sale and do not apply for an exchange. Earrings may not be returned for hygienic reasons. 

Silverstone Warranty
All Silverstone jewellery has a warrantee of three months (90 days) and this does apply to ALL items sold, including sale jewellery. We stand behind the quality of our product and will repair or replace the item within 90 days free of charge. We will only repair/replace broken jewellery purchased from Silverstone, when possible.
